How are you different than BAO?

We’re different in 3 key ways:

  1. The quality of meetings we arrange: We care about quality and volume but a bunch of bad meetings does no one any good. We have the skills and experience to deliver you quality meetings that lead to increased sales.

How much does your service cost?

The cost of each meeting ranges from $600 to $2,000 depending on the criteria established for meetings.

What is the ramp-up time?

The time from our initial conversation with you to your first scheduled sales meetings is typically 2-3 weeks, though we can move faster if circumstances demand it. We understand that a key reason to outsource demand generation is to accelerate your speed to market, so we move efficiently and quickly to get you the meetings you need.

How many meetings will you set for us?

Once your initiative is up and running, you can usually plan on 2-4 meetings scheduled per week, though this varies depending on your unique offering and the market you travel in. If you need more, we can book more. If you need just a few good hits, we can accommodate that as well.

Do you confirm meetings?

Yes, we do our best to get a live confirmation of every meeting we schedule. We understand that many clients require confirmations further out because of travel circumstances. If we follow our confirmation policy and the meeting does not occur for some reason, you are never charged.

Do you reschedule meetings?

Yes, we do everything we can to make sure your meeting occurs. If a prospect needs to reschedule we take care of that for you.

How do you handle last-minute cancellations and rescheduling?

We are experts at calmly and successfully saving meetings and have an extremely low rate of cancellations or no-shows. If unexpected delays or cancellations occur, we are particularly adept at getting the prospect to recommit to a new time and take the meeting. We never resort to lies, tricks or obfuscation to make a meeting occur. We rely only on sincerity, diligence and integrity and it works.
